The Lead Montessori Teacher is responsible for creating and maintaining a nurturing, safe, and educational environment in accordance with Montessori principles. This role involves guiding children in their individual development, fostering a love for learning, and maintaining the Montessori classroom's prepared environment. You will work closely with the assistant teachers, ensuring a collaborative and supportive atmosphere that aligns with the school's mission.
Key Responsibilities:

✅ Floater: Provide assistance in various classrooms as needed, stepping in to support teachers during breaks, transitions, or absences. You will help with classroom activities and supervision.
Qualifications:
- Experience in cooking, preferably in a school or childcare setting.

✅ Help manage parent communication, address concerns and provide updates on school activities.
✅ Assist in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff.
✅ Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the school’s growth and development.
✅ Step in as Acting Director when the Director is absent, ensuring continuity in leadership and decision-making.
