Could you be our next Assistant Director? The lucky candidate will support the Director in managing Centerra Ranch's operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education. This role involves assisting with staff supervision, parent communication, and administrative tasks. You will also also plays a key role in upholding the Montessori philosophy and providing leadership in the Director’s absence.

Key Responsibilities:

🟢Assist the Director with day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, curriculum planning, and facility management.

🟢Support staff in the implementation of Montessori principles and practices.

🟢Help manage parent communication, address concerns and provide updates on school activities.

🟢Assist in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff.

🟢Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the school’s growth and development.

🟢Step in as Acting Director when the Director is absent, ensuring continuity in leadership and decision-making.

Qualifications:

🟢Relevant Qualifications and experience in a Montessori setting.

🟢Experience in educational administration or leadership roles.

🟢Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the community.

The role involves preparing nutritious meals for the children, providing support across various classrooms, and safely driving between locations. Key Responsibilities:

Cook: Plan, prepare, and serve healthy meals and snacks in accordance with dietary guidelines and individual children's needs, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Floater: Provide assistance in various classrooms as needed, stepping in to support teachers during breaks, transitions, or absences. You will help with classroom activities and supervision.

Qualifications:

🟢Experience in cooking, preferably in a school or childcare setting.

🟢Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing needs throughout the day.

🟢Strong organizational and time management skills.
